1.  Complete the form -  Form 1.  Save it and email it back to us with a copy of your logo so that we can add a link to your website

2.  Download a sponsorship form from Sport Relief at  www.sportrelief.com

3.  Shoot your arrows and record how many miles.   Ideally you should run it over the weekend of 19-21 March - but don’t worry  if you can’t.

4.  Complete the form - Form 2.  Save it and email it back to us so that we have your results.

5.  Complete the payment form which comes with the Sport Relief pack and pay the money.
